九右衛門。鳥越楯（新庄市鳥越）１３００石を領す。清水城主・清水光氏の重臣で清水家中で最高の禄高であったという。最上家親の命により清水家が攻め滅ぼされた後も最上家に仕えた。最上家が改易になり近江国大森に転封となった際もこれに従った。
