地物の丸茄子もかなり出はじめ、今年も丸茄子漬けの販売始まりました。冷た～く冷やした丸茄子漬は ご飯によし、お酒によし。パリッとした食感と独特の苦味が特徴です。置賜地方の夏の風物詩といったところでしょうか。
